Design Consultant
As a Florida Kitchen Design Consultant, you’ll guide clients through every stage of the design journey — from vision to final concept. This role requires a strong aesthetic sensibility, precision in measurement, and the ability to translate client needs into elevated, functional designs.
Responsibilities include:

Conducting design consultations with clients

Creating space plans and layout proposals

Recommending materials, finishes, and configurations

Collaborating with drafters and production team to finalize plans

Representing the FK brand with professionalism and creativity
Drafter
Our Drafters work closely with the design team to turn concepts into precise technical drawings. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with proficiency in design software and a passion for modern cabinetry systems.
Responsibilities include:

Developing detailed drawings using CAD or equivalent software

Assisting design consultants in translating concepts into executable plans

Ensuring dimensional accuracy and system integrity

Coordinating with production to meet project timelines
Production Team Member
FK's production team ensures the integrity and excellence of every material used in our projects. This role involves hands-on management of inventory, materials, and quality control at every stage of fabrication.
Responsibilities include:

Verifying the quality and readiness of materials and hardware

Coordinating availability and delivery timelines

Assisting with production planning and fabrication prep

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production environment
Project Manager
Our Project Managers oversee installations and final execution, ensuring that every project meets FK’s elevated standards. This is a client-facing role requiring leadership, communication, and attention to detail in the field.
Responsibilities include:
